Bij het bewust verdedigen (snooker leggen) moet minimaal 1 willekeurige bal een band geraakt hebben.
De zwarte bal moet als laatste bal in een willekeurige pocket worden gepot, nadat alle speelballen van de speler zijn gepot. Indien de zwarte bal eerder gepot wordt, dan heeft de andere speler automatisch gewonnen.
RE-RACK (Opnieuw neerleggen)
Als er bij de afstoot (break) niet minimaal 4 speelballen een band hebben geraakt!
Als bij de afstoot (break) alleen de zwarte bal wordt gepot.
FOUT!
Als de witte bal wordt gepot of van tafel wordt gespeeld
Als de bal van de tegenstander wordt gepot
Als de witte bal geen speelbal raakt
Als eerst de speelbal van de tegenstander wordt geraakt
Als een speelbal van de tafel wordt gespeeld (De weggespeelde bal wordt teruggeplaatst. De tegenstander bepaalt head/footspot)
Als de bal doorgestoten of geduwd wordt
Als een willekeurige bal zonder keu of andere bal aangeraakt wordt
Als de witte bal opgepakt EN achteruit gespeeld wordt
Als de zwarte bal EN de witte bal tegelijk gepot worden
Als zwart niet als laatste wordt gepot
Bij een jumpshot (Jumpshots zijn niet toegestaan)
Bij een fout zijn er 2 opties:
De tegenstander mag de witte bal oppakken, en 1x vooruit spelen (mits de bal nog op tafel lag).
De tegenstander laat de bal liggen waar hij ligt en mag dan ook achteruit spelen.

General pool rules
If, at the break:
spots and stripes are both potted,
no ball is potted,
both the cue ball (white) and a playball is potted,
then one may choose between spots or stripes.
When playing a “snooker”, 1 ball must have touched at least 1 cushion.
The 8 ball (black) must be potted last and is allowed to be potted in any corner, as long as it is the last ball after all the balls of the player are potted. In case the 8 ball (black) is potted earlier, then the other player automatically won.
RE-RACK
If, at the break, at least 4 playballs did not touch a cushion!
If, at the break, only the 8 ball is potted.
FOUL!
If the cue ball (white) is potted, or bounced off the table
If one of the opponent’s playballs is potted
If the cue ball hits no ball or hits one of the opponent's balls first
If a ball gets bumped off the table (The ball will be placed back on the table. Opponent decides head/footspot)
If the ball is pushed or played-through
If any ball, without a cue stick or other ball, is touched
If the cue ball is played backwards after playing in hand
If the 8 ball (black) AND the cue ball (white) are potted at the same time
If the 8 ball is not potted as the final ball
At a jumpshot (Jumpshots are not allowed)
If a foul occurs the opponent has 2 options:
The opponent can leave the ball where it is and can play forward or backwards (if ball is still on the table).
The opponent is allowed to play the cue ball in hand, but has to aim forward.
